Using the icons to add images, make your text underlined etc...
When you are writing your post you will see the following images below the title box and above the text box (see below for their meaning):
= bold. Drag your mouse over the text you wish to make bold and press this icon and it will make it bold when you publish.
= italic. Drag your mouse over the text you wish to italicise and press this icon and it will make it italicised when you publish.
= Underline. Drag your mouse over the text you wish to underline and press this icon and it will underline it when you publish.
= strikethrough. Drag your mouse over the text you wish to strikethrough and press this icon and it will make a line through the text to show it has been deleted but without removing the text when you publish.
= link. Drag your mouse over the text (e.g. a webiste address) you wish to link to and type in the address and once you have published your post that word will show up as a hyperlink to the site you referenced which people can just click on to go to.
= Image: You can add an image anywhere in your post either by uploading an image from your computer or referencing an image by inputting the relevant website address. Once you have done this you will see text as follows:
You can then edit this e.g. if you want your image to be smaller or larger change the numbers in the width or height parts. If you want your image to be in the centre just amend the text: align word to center rather than left.
With all of this the best thing to do is try it out. Remember you can always go back and edit your post after you have published it so feel free to experiment. Any issues just ask in the How to forum and someone will get back to you.
